As usual, the weather becomes an issue for Carter and his Obsession. But when you have a Seavee on a trailer you can go anywhere... so hello Boston Harbor and a massive striped bite going on right under the skyline.

Carter's Obsession takes him back to East Coast Florida in search of the annual 'Mullet run' as millions of baitfish migrate down the coast and are crushed by everything.
