The Architect

In a future car-free Oslo, Julie faces a daunting housing market; when her rent skyrockets, she finds an unconventional solution, a housing community in a parking garage.

Marcus and his girlfriend Nina are weighed down by debt; Julie gets to know her neighbor in the parking garage, the activist Kaja; Julie gets an idea for the competition, but she can't win as an intern.

Julie begins to question the viability of her project, as its success would eliminate the housing community in the parking garage, but she also badly needs the cash.

Julie claims all the money from the competition and gets the loan she requires; on her way out of the office, Julia encounters Kaja and gets to see the results with her own eyes.
