The Hunt for Salamander

While investigating a woman's death, Chief Inspector Kamen leads his team directly into danger's path; Kamen's ex-wife, Senior Commissioner Ralica, investigates a shady businessman, raising questions and resurfacing traumas from her past.

Kamen's failed mission lands him in hot water, calling his ethics into question; a familiar face is appointed to be his new boss; Ralica gets an unexpected update on her case and moves forward in unconventional ways.

Police take a closer look at Tatjana, the escort who accompanied Ralica's shady businessman; Inspector Magdalena Parusheva investigates a missing child case, opening old wounds in the process.

The future of Kamen's career comes under threat, prompting him to ask questions, and turn to an old friend for help; the investigation into the mysterious murders takes a turn, sending officers scrambling for information.

Progress in Tsaysa's murder case is short-lived as Kamen hits a wall, forcing him to call in another favor; questions leave Ralica wondering if there was more to her daughter's death after all.

Ralica's suspicions about her daughter's death lead to an unsettling discovery, prompting her to act; when Kamen gets wind of her conclusions and plans, he has his reservations.

The truth behind his daughter's death leaves Kamen reeling, leading him to make reckless decisions in his search for answers; another death spurs new investigations and a growing list of questions about what happened in the villa.

Kamen faces widespread scrutiny after a series of events paint him in the worst possible light; while everyone seems to be looking at the disgraced detective with a suspicious eye, Ralica and her team rush to try and prove his innocence.

The hunt to prove Kamen's innocence is on, leading Ralica and Kamen's teams in different directions; when Nera receives an unexpected offer for aid, she's forced to consider the dangerous consequences.

Nera makes a shocking discovery about her past; Kamen refocuses his hunt on finding the porter's identity; Ralica's step-daughter disappears, leading to dangerous revelations in the search to find her.

The circumstances of Katya's disappearance come under question, shifting focus onto an unlikely suspect; the truth about Nera's brother is revealed, putting the agent in the path of danger.

The face behind the Eurydice company -- and the attack on Rado -- is revealed, sending out shock waves; the perpetrator brings Ralica and Katya into harm's way; Nera's dance with Salamander draws nearer to a close.

A fatal clash between Kamen, Ralica and Petar has life-changing effects; months later, the teams continue to grapple with everything they've been through.
