Physics professor J.T. Neumeyer finds a briefcase that contains a file predicting his own murder in five days; J.T. learns that the people who surround him are not what they seem.

J.T. finds himself at odds with suspects listed in the file as their motives for murder begin to materialize.

J.T. tries to remove every suspect's motive or opportunity to kill him.
