Chae Ok helps solve the mystery of the Director's daughter but is scolded by her superior Yoon for being rash.

Arriving late to the scene, Hwong Bo and Won Hae mistake Sung Bak as the culprit and draw their sword. There they realize the strength of each other. And Chae Ok explains the situation and the tension are gone.

Chae Ok and Won Hae attend the funeral of the undercover agent who was found dead. They find clues from his clothes and shoes and head to Sam Gae.

Chae Ok finds the sajujeons along with the culprits. But Hwang Bo gets angry with her for taking unnecessary risk. Chae Ok leaves the Police force leaving her badge.

Gak Chool and Ma Chuk escape from the prison cell and meet up with Chae Ok waiting outside. Sung Bak also on the lookout steps in when Hwang Bo starts to fire on Gak Chool and Ma Chuk.

Won Hae waits for Chae Ok and her members by running a little tavern on the hill. They communicate by using pigeons, but when there is no response, they get worried.

Chae Ok who was about to look like a honeycomb from arrows is saved by Sung Bak. Chae Ok faints from losing too much blood. Hwang Bo has a dream about Chae Ok. And with the help of Nan Hee he recovers from the sick bed.

In the mountain, Sung Bak welcomes Chae Ok as if he's been waiting for her. He explains to her that he is fighting for the people and will bring about a new world and asks her to join him. But she declines as she is the Damo of the Police.

Chae Ok leaves a letter to Hwang Bo about her feelings and breaks into the Royal Palace. She overextends trying to meet with the King, but is severely hurt by the King's guards.

Hwang Bo who ran off to save Chae Ok is only forgiven by the plead from NanHee. And he is ordered stay and marry her.

Chae Ok and Chuk Ji go undercover and wait for Sung Bak. Sung Bak goes to meet Chae Ok upon hearing the news.

Watching Hwang Bo searching for Chae Ok and Sung Bak, WonHae asks him to think of his retainers also and let them rest. But Hwang Bo reassures him that he is rational and keeps searching for them.

Sung Bak is saved by his men when Chae Ok is taken hostage on purpose, and he tries to leave the mountain.

Nobles will gather at the Royal Palace to celebrate the new princess. Sung Bak and his army has picked the same day to revolt and start the new world and have made their way into the Royal Palace.
