While tracking Hades' position, Woo Hyun and Gang Mi witness a suicide, but a text arrives saying that it was a murder rather than a suicide.

Gang Mi catches Gi Young in the evidence room and holds him at gunpoint, believing him to be the criminal, but Gi Young denies this, saying the seized laptop has a clue to the case on it, so Gang Mi believes him and tells him to find it.

Gi Young gets help from Gang Mi and learns what to be careful of, then goes the National Police Agency. The investigators there have prepared a cake for Woo Hyun's reinstatement, and the Cyber Crime team leader Kwon Hyuk Joo begins work.

Hyuk Joo talks to Gi Young about the suspect, and Gi Young realizes Gang Mi is in danger.

Gi Young, looking like Woo Hyun, enters Sekang Securities and watches the 2nd DDoS attack. Just then, Hyun Min, who he hadn't seen before, recognizes him. The DDoS virus is discovered through video analysis and Gi Young goes to find the video leaker.

Gi Young successfully tracks down the people attacking Daehan Power while Gang Mi arrives at their location.

Hyuk Joo visits Hye Myung resort to check the footage related to the Nam Sang Won case from a year ago.

Gi Young tells the dean to suspend finals until another survivor steps forward. However, the dean says that the answers were not leaked, so the finals will continue as scheduled. Meanwhile, Hyuk Joo visits the resort again.

Hyun Min and Gi Young share a drink while Hyuk Joo secretly listens in and hears the truth about his case.

Hyuk Joo requests a warrant for Nam Sang Won's autopsy while Gi Young searches for Nam Sang Won's laptop.

Gi Young goes looking for evidence in the dead Detective Han's car and runs into someone he didn't expect.

Hyuk Joo claims Detective Han's death was not a drunk driving accident, but a homicide. Meanwhile, Hyun Min goes to Detective Han's funeral.

Gi Young asks Hyun Min for the USB, and Hyun Min thinks Woo Hyun is strange for being unable to remember him. Gang Mi tells Chief Jun Jae Wook that an investigation must begin, but Hyuk Joo begins to question whether Chief Jun is trustworthy.

Hyuk Joo, Gi Young, Gang Mi, and Sang Woo rush to the evidence analysis room. However, Eung Jin is nowhere to be found, but Gi Young sees login information on a turned-on screen, discovering traces of a file deletion program still running.

Gi Young is accused of wiretapping the office. Hyuk Joo says he knows who took the wiretapping devices.

The team calls for backup and chases down the Dae Young team, but the evidence is all deleted.

Hyun Min and Gi Young finish talking at the True Story office and leave when Hyuk Joo tells Gi Young to hurry out. Just then, police cars with sirens blaring begin speeding closer.

Director Mun reports the Chief Jun case and Gi Young's wanted person status to Hyun Min, who smiles as he solves the issues without trouble. Meanwhile, Gi Young evades the police and secretly meets Gang Mi and Hyuk Joo.

Hyuk Joo arrests Gi Young for being an accessory to murder in the Nam Sang Won case. Director Mun relaxes, telling Hyun Min that nobody will believe Gi Young and that the case is an easy win for him.

CEO Jo Hyun Min is interrogated by Hyuk Joo at the National Police Agency but does not waver, simply saying to show him the evidence.
