Escobar By Escobar

In the months before Pablo Escobar's death, the family found itself on the run from his enemies whilst a Colombian journalist helped Escobar's wife in her search for asylum.

After Pablo Escobar gets executed at the hands of the Colombian police, 16-year-old Juan Pablo starts to believe that he is responsible for paying off his dead father's debts.

When they tried to buy their peace with Escobar's remaining fortune, the family's previous life of luxury was replaced by poverty and financial worries, but danger still lurked.

In 2017, when the real identity of Juan comes to light, he begins to lose his peace of mind as the Argentine justice system accuses him of money laundering and fraud.
