Super Daddy Yeol

Han Yeol vowed to live alone for the rest of his life after his first love Mi-rae dumped him ten years ago; he works as a rehabilitation coach for baseball players, but while examining his star patient, he gets in trouble.

With only a year left to live, Mi-rae decides she will find her nine-year-old daughter a father as a gift; while searching for candidates for the fatherly position, Mi-rae thinks of her first love Yeol, who she brutally discarded.

Thanks to Mi-rae, Han Yeol protects his position as a rehabilitation coach on the condition he train under Mi-rae's guidance for three months; Mi-rae announces that she has chosen Yeol to be Sa-rang's father.

After a lengthy consideration, Yeol accepts Mi-rae's offer, so Mi-rae and Sa-rang move into his apartment; the real married life begins, but Sa-rang rejects him, refusing to accept Yeol as her father.

Yeol and Mi-rae wake up to an awkward morning after a kiss from the last night, but the butterflies do not last long as Mi-rae starts Yeol's rehabilitation training.

Sa-rang claims she's in pain everywhere and shows no motivation to exercise for recovery; So Yeol forfeits, to Mi-rae's disappointmnet.

Dr. Hwang explains her confident assessment of a dark secret behind Yeol and Mi-rae's wedding and forms a plan with Dr. Shin to find evidence to prove that their marriage sham.

After a Mi-rae and Yeol's fun housewarming party, Mi-rae passes out; Dr. Shin finds medication inside Mi-rae's coat, and deduces her terminal cancer.

With full support from the family members, Sa-rang successfully finishes her choir competition, and Yeol feels joy when Sa-rang calls him dad for the first time.

But Yeol chooses to go to Ryu Hyun-woo's pitch test instead of staying beside his sick father; Mi-rae, knowing Yeol is afraid of losing his father, helps Yeol make up with his father before his father passes away.

Yeol accepts Mi-rae's announcement of the end of rehabilitation marriage; with Sa-rang holding onto him, begging him to stay, he leaves Mi-rae.

Yeol is furious after finding out that he is Sa-rang's biological father; to Mi-rae, who has been hiding information, Han Yeol says they do not need a mother like her and takes Sa-rang.

Mi-rae is surprised when Yeol suggests they go on a trip; Mi-rae finds out that Yeol and Sa-rang have been pretending not to know she has cancer so she accepts his offer to go on a trip.

The family trip begins after ups and downs, and they all have fun; the following day, Sa-rang rushes to find Yeol and finds Mom is gone.

To Han Yeol, who tells Mi-rae never to leave him, Mi-rae says she will try chemotherapy; Yeol receives an offer to be the main pitching coach from Ki-tae.

Yeol and Mi-rae are busy preparing for their wedding after the surgery; Mi-rae questions her condition when she realizes the pain is not going away even after the surgery.
