Deimon manages to stop the Shuttle Pass and is slowly progressing the ball with the sweep, but Sena wants to embarrass the Aliens.

The Devil Bats make a comeback, the score is 14-12, and Deimon has the ball.

The game continues with a stalemate with both teams trying to break the trend and score, knowing that this will lean the game highly in their favor.

With pressure by the Devil Bats, Mizumachi and Shun conclude that it's time to unleash the true power of the Kyoushin defense.

With the game and their tournament hopes in the balance, Sena and the Devil Bats get help from an unlikely source.

Riku appears and talks about his past and how Sena could run because of him.

Hiruma takes advantage of the school's field day to make it a training session for the team.

Ishimaru and the track team need an extra man, so they ask Sena to help out; seeing if Sena keeps his secret.

As the time approaches for the game against the Seibu Wild Gunmen, Hiruma, Kurita and Musashi all recall the promise they made to go to the Christmas Bowl.

The game with Seibu begins; the Devil Bats get all they can handle from their running back, Kaitani Riku, the boy that taught Sena how to run.

With the triple threat of Riku, Tetsuma, and the Kid bearing down on the Devil Bats, it looks like their luck may have run out.

After seeing the dire straits the Deimon team is in, and a stern talking to from his father, Musashi rejoins the Devil Bats.

Finally, with all the Devil Bats on the field, Hiruma can unleash the true power of the Devil Bats, seeing if it is enough to overtake the Seibu team.

As the Deimon-Seibu game goes on, Sena finds out that he's more than a match for his friend Riku and brings the Devil Bats close to victory with his Devil Bat Tornado.

Kid tells Hiruma that he fell directly into his trap and that everything is always too good to be true.

After losing to the Seibu Gunmen, Tetsuma rescues Monta from getting Deimon suspended from playing.

The Bando Spiders face off against the Ojo White Knights.

Deimon realizes that they will need a kicker to win their game against the Bando Spiders.

Sena and Suzuna go to retrieve their helmets and cleats at a store where Sena sees a helmet with an eyeshield on it.

Mamori tries to help Sena, but Sena can't find enough time to transform into Eyeshield 21.

Before the match, Sena removes his helmet to reveal his identity to the world; Mamori accepts who Sena is; the game against the Bando Spiders begins.

Using a trick kick in the beginning of the game, Akaba recovers the ball and Kotaro scores a field goal.

The game continues to turn in the Spiders' favor, as they score yet another field goal, giving them a 20-point lead.

Using a combination run with Hiruma, Sena is finally able to score a touchdown.

Musashi arrives just in the nick of time and scores a 45-yard field goal, and Deimon is now only behind by eleven points.

Shin successfully makes the final touchdown for White Knights, making the score 27-22 to the White Knights.
