Expedition From Hell: The Lost Tapes

Mickey fires one of the team's only experienced members before enlisting a local guide to lead them through a treacherous desert; when the team gets lost and runs out of water, things spiral, leaving one team member on the brink of death.

A perilous bridge crossing exposes Mickey's crusade for good film footage before the team heads deep into the Eastern Andes; Mickey claims to have sent a team member who broke down back to civilization, but team members are unable to find him.

Mickey loses his grip on the expedition when a spear-wielding indigenous tribe kidnaps them; Mickey replaces his lead guide with an untrained woman who accuses him of having a God complex; the team stumbles into a strange community.

A near-deadly case of dengue fever almost stops Mickey before he's arrested at gunpoint and imprisoned in Brazil; three months of missing footage leads to questions about his escape and the expedition's end.
