It's Pastry Day, and the last chance for the first group of junior bakers to make it through to Finals Week; they'll take on creme-filled donuts in the Technical, then face their biggest fears in a phobia-themed fruit tart Showstopper.

A new batch of junior bakers enters the iconic Baking Show tent, where they'll try to impress judges Liam and Rav; their first Technical? A twist on the traditional cake pop; then comes the Showstopper that, when sliced, reveals a hidden talent.

It's biscuit day and Rav asks the bakers to see into the future and make cookies; in the Showstopper the bakers must construct their own eighth wonders of the world.

The remaining bakers must rise to two tricky challenges on bread day; Liam sets a cute BBQ classic for the Technical, and in the Showstopper the bakers immortalize their best friends in bread.

On Dessert Day, the junior bakers face their muckiest Technical ever: judge Liam's Mississippi mud and worm pie; for the Showstopper, they'rechallenged to depict a delicious dream school trip out of blondies.

It's Pastry Day, and Finals Week is fast approaching for the remaining five bakers; for the Technical, the junior bakers make Rav's guiltiest fast-food pleasure; then, they dream up their very own choux-perheroes in the Showstopper.

The bakers celebrate the most important meal of the day: breakfast; first they must create an airy snack with a love it or hate it filling before stacking layers of delicious pancakes sky-high.

Day two of Finals Week is all about Street Food; for the Technical, the junior bakers are challenged to create a fusion of two delicious street food staples; then, they must shape a super-sized snack for the Showstopper; it's go big or go home.

For the quarter final, the remaining junior bakers take on Food Hacks; the Technical challenges the bakers to combine two cult foods into one; then, their precision and imaginations are put to the test by huge cookie layer cakes in the Showstopper.

It's the semi-final and Patisserie Day for the junior bakers; first, they take on honey bunny domes, one of patisserie's toughest Technical challenges; then, the young bakers conquer the summit of Showstopper sophistication: the entremet.

It's the final and the stakes couldn't be higher as the bakers prepare for a glitzy red carpet event; in the only signature of the series, they must prepare 24 mini desserts.
